Marla Gaglione earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Speech and Communications from Clemson University. Upon graduation she worked in higher education administration for several years at Saint Joseph’s University where she also earned her Masters in Business Administration. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law where she was the recipient of the Drexel Inaugural Scholarship. After graduation, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Honorable Richard S. Hoffman, J.A.D.
Ms. Gaglione concentrates her practice in Wills, Estate Litigation, Guardianship, Real Estate, Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Land Use, Municipal Court Defense and Local Government. She currently serves as the Municipal Court Prosecutor for the East Greenwich Joint Municipal Court, Greenwich Township Municipal Court and Woolwich Township Joint Municipal Court.
Ms. Gaglione is a former President (2016-2017) and current Trustee of the Gloucester County Bar Association. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Women in Law Committee and Due Diligence Committee. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and New Jersey State Municipal Prosecutors Association.
She is licensed to practice in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
