William Ziegler is a shareholder with the firm who concentrates his practice in the areas of Land Use Law, Personal Injury, Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Municipal Law, Construction Law, General Equity and Appellate practice
Mr. Ziegler is a 1995 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law (Camden) and a 1992 graduate of Clemson University. Prior to joining the firm, he completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable John S. Holston, J.AD (Ret.) in the New Jersey Superior Court Civil Division.
He regularly practices in New Jersey State and Federal Courts and before a variety of administrative agencies.
Mr. Ziegler has served as Township Solicitor for Franklin Township and has served as a land use Board Solicitor for West Deptford Township, Lower Alloways Creek Township, Oldmans Township, Pennsville Township, Upper Pittsgrove Township, Elsinboro Township, Washington Township amongst others.
Mr. Ziegler is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Gloucester County Bar Association and is a Trustee of the Institute of Local Government Attorneys. He has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers 2008 to 2010.
